Default Training the MMA

basically i been really into MMA the last couple of months. I been training in BJJ and some boxing. I been working out at the gym and doing cardio etc.Im haivng trouble making a good schedule on what to eat and when as well as how much of lifting/cardio i should be doing. Does anyone have some sorta guide artice or suggestions on how to put this all together? Thanks

Andrew, there are a few threads on MMA around here, do a quick search and you'll see.

On the nutrient planning side, post up your schedual and how your training ect, and what you've been eating. That will help us help you!

i dont really eat anyhtign steadly ill just eat whenever but i try to keep it healthy mainly.

ok, try this andrew, everyday for the next week, write down what you eat and when, then post it up.

alright ill do that starting either sunday or monday. bascialyl had a rib injury tuesday so im waiting for it to clear up. its almost gone already. jiu jitsu ftw lol.

thats why i do it! haha no actually i just enjoy fighitng its fun lol. its great jsut kicking ass. Also its fun knowing u can rock alot of people. But yeah think i screwed up yesterday. i was feeling alright so i hti the gym did a full chest work out started doing some biceps got to isolated curls and somehow my rib made that wonderful popping sound again so now here i am again pissed off that im injured lol.
