Make sure you hit the showers after those workouts. And make sure you get at your back with some actual soap .

I've heard a link between acne and lactose (intolerance). Some whey products contain varying amounts of lactose so I wonder if this is a prob for some people. BUT if you don't get that from drinking milk you darn sure aren't going to get it from whey. As far as the protein I've certainly never had a problem and, hell, I AM lactose intolerant. So like TALO said I guess everyone is different. There are also these things called coincidences, though

accutane is bad news, I used it when I was 15 ... I had a very bad reaction. I ended up being severely depressed, and chronic fatique syndrome.

Not to mention its highly catabolic.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Your at that age now were things are gonna start to change, you'll see hair growth in places it wasnt before, your voice will begin to deepen, and you may grow a few inches in only a few days time ...

Hmm, busted.

Try washing your face with baking soda. It helps with the acne I have. Of course, I don't have acne like I did when I was a teen, but, it works really well for me.

If that helps you could wash everything else with it. I haven't figured out the best way to use it yet, because it's not like a bar of soap, and you have to shake it up to keep it mixed with water if you have it in container.

You will get squeaky clean.
