Dude, you can get acne from about a zillion different things. Has anything else changed in the past few weeks?

what about stress ?

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

exactly my point bro. You've changed your protien, what else has changed. I break out when I change soaps, laundry detergent, and a multitude of other shit that has nothing to do with nutrition.

depending on your age/training level, increased acne can be a good thing as it is usually associated with a raise in hormone levels. I doubt your protien is having that effect though.

There are just too many variables to make a determination, if its that bothersome, go check with a dermatologist. (just dont let him put you on accutane)

Why is accutane bad? I thought it was suppose to clear up ANY acne? Lower test levels or something?

Yeah there were over a hundred suicides linked to it. Also birth defects or fetal death and all sorts of other problems.

too much protien causes acne. i read it in a magazine and i have proof with my body. i added 3 protien shakes a day to my diet and i started to get alot of achne on by back, arms, shoulders, and chest, not as much my face but i still got some. i had alot of acne for like 3 months while i was taking protien shakes and it went away when i stoped.
