depending on your age/training level, increased acne can be a good thing as it is usually associated with a raise in hormone levels. I doubt your protien is having that effect though. There are just too many variables to make a determination, if its that bothersome, go check with a dermatologist. (just dont let him put you on accutane) | |

Gender: | too much protien causes acne. i read it in a magazine and i have proof with my body. i added 3 protien shakes a day to my diet and i started to get alot of achne on by back, arms, shoulders, and chest, not as much my face but i still got some. i had alot of acne for like 3 months while i was taking protien shakes and it went away when i stoped. |
