If you have the cashola to spend, I personally recommend buying some (more expensive) whey protein isolate and some regular cheap BCAA's to throw in with it to beef up the amino profile. That's what I prefer at least. Lots of different powdered BCAA's floating around..All tasting like shit, but are all the same thing. Also keep in mind that you won't see the BCAA's "working". They stay behind the scenes subtly working their magic. | |

I think it's one of the best tasting supplements I've tried thus far..Both the grape and watermelon taste like a jolly rancher! If you think xtend is bad tasting, I'd hate to see you try any straight BCAA powder! | |

That's like saying that a jolly rancher has too strong of a taste because I only eat one every six months. But, taste is opinion, absolutely. Sometimes I think the water from my faucet tastes bad, but I still drink it anyway. ![]() | |
