I personally like to do 50g of whey protein 25g of maltodextrose and 25g of dextrose. I also add creatine and sometime glutamine.

DR X, thats 50g of straight up sugar bro, I dont know how you can handle that. If i add 15g to my pwo shake, I almost want to puke its so sweet. god bless ya.

I just got new powder from trueprotien.com it tastes really sugary but I down anyway sumtimes gag if to sugary.
