What kind of Keto diet are you referring to? Standard, cyclical, targeted...?

Right now I'm on a standard keto diet, soon to move into more of a targeted keto. And I'm cutting.

I've run a few different kinds of keto diets, currently i'm doing a modified cyclical, and cutting.

Im on the CKD right now. I cut off 3% BF in 3 weeks.
