| Ive been thinkin about how much im sick of eating fast food lately. seems like i can't go two days without having to replace a meal with it. What do you guys do when you are away from home and don't have a microwave to heat up your already made meals, at home? MRP? Beef Jerky? Skip it all together? for my bodytype i pretty much don't have a choice to not eat. This thread is for putting together alternative food ideas for on-the-go meals. keep in mind you won't have a microwave and don't want things to spoil if you are gone for hours at a time. hope we can get some good ideas from this. well with that being said and off of my chest my contribution will be this to go meal: beef jerky, almonds, water (at a fountain if need be), and apple. |

Gender: | Just get used to eating it cold, it's OK after a while. Junk food makes me feel sick. Or you can move to Thailand like I did and there is affordable chicken and rice at every street corner - no more buckets of cold food for me! |

Gender: | When I am away from home I normally make some chicken breast put that in a zip lock box. To compliment my protein meal I also pack a bag of almonds and broccoli. A cheaper alternative would be to bring some canned tuna and top that off with your favorite condiment. MRPs imo is generally overpriced, granted there are some avg ones in the market I personally prefer to make my own i.e., milk+ protein blend + oats and a table spoon of olive oil. |
