Gender: | Ok, I have been eating banannas, 1-2 every day for breakfest in the mourning with a scoop of Whey Protein Powder. Is this okay to do this, since I am working on cutting? Each Bananna is about 22 carbs or so, so it helps on the carb in take. Been taking 'em for pottasium for my cramps in my legs I get when I run. Also, I am gonna start eating white rice every day, whats a good way to eat it, and how come its good for cutting, I heard it can help when cutting. |

Gender: | IMO the two bananas in the morning is perfectly fine. Competition Diets usually have a couple bananas in the morning, so it should be fine for a cutting diet. Also if it is helping with your leg cramps then I wouldn't stop eating them. I think you should eat whole grain rice if you eat rice, white is processed and processed isn't as good in a nutritional sense. Here's a link that has some info on rice and a few other foods: http://www.findarticles.com/p/articl...20/ai_98576913 Also since you are cutting, you could browse through this article which has some cutting examples and walk-throughs: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/nic2.htm |

Gender: | Though on my off day, Saturday, I went off, and had in the mourning a bowl and a half of cerial, some surgard wheat things. Lunch I ate about 8 rolls with 2 glasses of apple juice. Little snack or something, around 5 pm, I had one grilled chease + cup of soup. Then at 7 pm I had more soup, with 3 rolls and 2 peices of potato bread. And some ice cream. Now that whole day I had gas all day. And it was very unpleasent, lol. My brother would'nt stay in the same room when taking turns playing GTA:SA. I figured that on my next week for taking off, I would just have a bowl of cerial, and a sandwhich with something that ups in carbs. What do you guys say? Read in the cutting section that you should have a off day every week. SO your body does'nt get used to cutting every day and does'nt slow down at all...should I do this when cutting? |

Gender: | I've been sick for almost over a week with a fever and since I don't want to get off my diet, though I did eat some little cracker like things for a little bit of carbs. I've been eating up all my banannas, also been working on eating the oranges too. So have been eating banannas and oranges all week. If I eat 1 b, and 2 or so o's, is this too many carbs? Or no? |
