Gender: | Bacardi and coke zero!!! But seriously, I like beer aas much as the next guy, but are there things we can do to help our bodies on drinking nights? I've always tried to drink a glass of water for every couple beers which helps prevent dehydation and next day hangovers. Anyone else have any ideas? |

| Rank: Middleweight Experience: > 1 Year | Only Saturday nights. I don't drink after lifting Friday and Sunday is my "recovery" day. Glad to see you're on here reading and trying to become a little more ejyucatud. Besides, I never went after cougars...too hard to tame. I prefer foxes. |

| There's a guy that trains at my gym and he was talking to some guy about how beer is great for bodybuilding the other day. I started cracking up cause this guys gut was so big I aint think he has seen his feet in like 5 years. A frind talked to him once and he claims that he knows a lot and ways to get big. Saw him do bench press one time, he only moves the bar like 2-3 inches off the pegs |
