| Rank: Member Experience: 2-3 Years | unless your on the low bodyfat side, you arent going to want to eat carbs right before bed. But stuff like chicken, tuna, lean beef, protein shakes w/ water, etc... all all good. This is just off the top of my head. Look around and i'm sure you'll find some more candidates. |
