Gender: | You mentioned high fat and no carbs so I'm thinking this book is a type of CKD diet, we should still have a CKD diet manuel laying around here somewhere... EDIT:link to CKD manual-http://www.bodybuilding.net/weightloss-articles/mr-x-ckd-manual-1135.html?highlight=Mr.x Last edited by verbatimreturned; 07-12-2006 at 06:31 PM. |

Gender: | Body Opus is Dan Duchaine. I have read it and followed it for about 3 weeks but for my bodyweight the carb loadings were too much I was sick as a dog after my first one and could barely get it all in. This is not an Atkins diet, though it does use Ketosis phases, it is a really good read and goes into everything in great detail. Plus I like Dan's style he has no hype, no BS, he's not selling anything and he done it all - he experimented on himself and understands the drugs, etc too. |

Gender: | I got it for my roommate last year and before handing it off I did a little reading on it and it is a very good read. My roommate quickly implemented it and had some real good results from it. |
