Oh, i thought i read somewhere the yolk had like 3.5g protein compared to the white that has 3g.

^^^Well it varies but it's more like 2 for the yolk and 4 for the whites.

more importantly if you're bulking is that the yolk has the majority of the eggs total calories. I think an egg white has about 17 calories and the whole egg about 70-75??

Cheerios or any oher commercial cerial is rubbish, way too processed and often too much sugar even if it is hidden as fructose, or malt syrup, etc.

Eat a decent breafast:
Breakfast the most important bodybuilding meal of the day
