Gender: | more importantly if you're bulking is that the yolk has the majority of the eggs total calories. I think an egg white has about 17 calories and the whole egg about 70-75?? |

Gender: | Cheerios or any oher commercial cerial is rubbish, way too processed and often too much sugar even if it is hidden as fructose, or malt syrup, etc. Eat a decent breafast: Breakfast the most important bodybuilding meal of the day |
