I think protein never turns to fat bugs me more, simply because i don't really notice a lot of people saying the latter. The more widespread the misinformation, the more damaging, imo.

For the most part the typical information about nutrition you find on bodybuilding websites and forum is SHIT. It kinda gets me that people complain about the media while getting most of their info from supplement companies and googletized articles...HENCE....MEDIA.

Yes, that's right, bro, your favorite bodybuilding author is involved in media. Something you read from animalpak...media.

And I hate to break it to you but your favorite "guru" is just as likely to be handing you something regurgitated from something regurgitated from something regurgitated from a booklet put out by "insert name here" supplement company.
