Gender: | I think it's fine in moderation. Caffiene has more use for cutting, IMO. (EC Stacking, etc). In large amounts, it tends to reduce insulin sensetivity. So if you were bulking, you wouldn't want to take it near your PWO when you're trying to increase carb uptake..... |
