| hahah My roomate actually wanted to do the egg and tuna thing last night. I told him that my stomach definately couldn't handle it, so we did some egg salad on whole wheat toast ... dam good. I'm a big fan of tuna steaks as well, either frozen or in the pouch. I also like to add wasabi, or horse radish to the tuna for extra kick ... if its hot it doesnt taste so bad hahaha. |

Gender: | Hey Guys!!! Its been a while since I've been on. For tuna I add some yellow mustard. It drowns out most of the fishy taste which is a positive when I was downing 3-4 cans a day. Albacore has the higher mercury content. I think pretty much all fish has mercury in it. |
