Default Cheat meals=discomfort?

Hi, all. For the last two cheat meals-which were moderately OK, I have noticed that about 1/2 an hour later, I start to feel bloated. Has/does anyone else experience this?

That's the thing, I have a great immune system, and I add about 1/3 cup of yogurt to my oatmeal every morning. As far as the meals, one was an omelet from Jims, and the other was a barbecue plate, with tater salad, sausage, boiled beef, and Spanish rice.

^^ for me, if I eat clean for a while, cheat meals always cause atleast some discomfort in the gut. Your body isnt used to eating crappy food so it will happen.

Happened to me yesterday. Took the family out to dinner at Red Lobster, loved the food, but based on the fact that I have been eating cleanly for the last couple of months my gut did not like it at all. Spent some quality time later by myself.....caught up on some reading
