| is it okay to just get the nutrition facts of a chicken from a website(calorieking/fitday) instead of getting it from its nutrition label?cause the facts on the label is when it's raw and i weigh my food after broiling it which i can get from the website.or is it different facts(chicken) from every source? |

Almost all of the main nutritional websites are pretty much going to give you the same numbers. In terms of what part of the chicken you eat (breast, thigh, drumstick...) you're going to have different macro values. So you'll need to look those up until you can remember them. | |

| ^^ I think he was asking if the package of chicken saying it has X amount of protien was the precooked amount, and if any macros are lost durring cooking. further on that subject, are the numbers fitday uses pre or post cooking? Atleast I think thats the question, unfortunately I dont know the answers. I havent even thought of that before, good points. |
