Default chocolate milk?

Is this stuff good to drink after working out?



has protein, no sugar, etc...but I've heard milk sucks as far as post exercise drinks go.

I wouldn't bother with it. Not enough protein & not enough carbs.

Carnation breakfast shakes: useless but delicious. I miss those fake strawberry flavored pouches of powder.

but just regular choclate milk is good right? because of the ratio of carbs to protein? thats what our football and other football coaches say.

Yeah, but it's still not optimal. It's the best commonplace thing I can think of off hand.
