Talking Chocolate Milk?

If your bulking up, can chocolate milk work as a source of protien for your diet? The sticky said milk is alright if I remeber correctely and I dont believe it would mkae much of a difference... Feedback is appreciated.

Well, it would make a bit of a difference because regular milk has no processed sugars, whereas chocolate milk has plenty. It's still got good casein protein, but I'd try to stick with the regular stuff just to avoid the extra empty sugar.

Maybe make your own chocolate milk with skim milk and maybe even add a little chocolate protein. Couldn't hurt.

I think that is a great idea! Instead of buying the ready made chocolate milk (which probably has sugars in it), get the skim milk and add sugarless chocolate flavored protein powder to it.
