| I feel sluggish after eating, I think mainly my body is not used to so many meals a day (I have always been a one or two meal a day eater :o ) no matter how small a portion I eat I feel sluggish and over loaded. I have been eating mostly vegies so I am at a loss for what to do. I think I need a good cleanse to get my system cleared out and then go from there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

Gender: | If you are used to eating one or two meals a day then it is just going to take time for your body to get used to eating the extra food. Alot of people go through the feeling of feeling full when they start out if they aren't used to this type of diet schedule. One thing you could try to do is replace one or two of the solid meals with a protein shake, that might be a "lighter" option. I am not saying to do this for every meal however, as whole foods are always preferred. |

| Sorry for such a late reply, but a daily intake of fiber helps keep everything going thru the body and doesn't allow it to be "sitting around" making you feel slugish. I had the same feeling until I started adding in a fiber supplement and now my energy levels have been drasticly improved. May want to give it a shot??... |
