I don't usually precook meals these days, but I don't have a job right now so pretty much have all the time in the world to cook and eat. Certain things I definately find taste better reheated than others. I find rice, chicken, veggies usually reheat to taste ok in microve as long as I don't heat the chicken for too long, find it better when it's still slightly cool, sometimes I'll just eat it cold. Reheated steak is the worst imo, so usually will only cook enough for a meal. Ground beef tastes the same reheated to me so whenever I cook that I'll cook enough for a few meals, besides, I usually buy it in 2 lb packages anyways so just cook it all at once.

I don't eat for the flavor anymore. I eat for fuel.

I usually boil up a bunch of chicken breasts for the week and refrig them. Then for my meal, I eat em cold. I have always been like that, able to eat almost anything cold. Sometime I mix the boiled chicken in with some cooked brown rice and eat it cold also. I even eat my cooked broccolli cold as well. Tastes like ass but I don't always have access to a microwave as I spend a lot of time on the road.
