I personally stay on creatine while cutting to help maintain my strength in the gym. Once I start cutting my energy levels go way down so I find that the creatine helps me maintain decent workouts. As mentioned, creatine doesn't slow down fat loss but just makes you retain a little more water. You can still track your progress on the scale with regards to fat loss.

Unless you are actually competing or trying to look your abosolute thinnest for some special event, I think the average person should have no problem staying on creatine while cutting if just to help maintain their strength.

If you stop using creatine how much strength would you lose? percent or other example.
