4 Whole Eggs 4 Egg Whites
1.5 Cup Oats
64 Pro/75 Carbs/20 Fat

Meal 2
8oz Venison
2 cups veggies
54 Pro/6 Carbs/8 Fat

Meal 3
8oz Tilapia
1.5 cup brown rice
1 cup veggies
1 tbsp flax
52 Pro/62 Carbs/16 Fat

Meal 4(Pre workout)
Cyto Gainer
56 Pro/80 Carbs/5 Fat

1 scoop substance wpi/8 scoops xtend(during workout in 1/2 gal water)finish rest of wpi/xtend have pwo meal 30 mins later...

Meal 5
8oz chicken
10oz yam
1 tbsp olive oil
44 Pro/75 Carbs/16 Fat

Meal 6
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp fish oil
32 Pro/5 Carbs/16 Fat

That looks about right to me. After a bit of time you should evaluate your progress and results and adjust your diet from there. It takes time to zero in on a good diet.

What are you planning on doing for a routine?

Good choice! There are alot of people here that know their shit when it comes to that program. I've never done it so don't ask me anything

haha,yea ive been reading up on it alot..

i been out of the game for 5 months now and yea my lifts SUCK lol...

Diet looks good......Good luck.....The only thing I would change would be not so many whole eggs, more whites....but that's me. Keep us posted, and like Kane said you'll have to adjust as time goes by.
