Gender: | That looks about right to me. After a bit of time you should evaluate your progress and results and adjust your diet from there. It takes time to zero in on a good diet. What are you planning on doing for a routine? |

Gender: | Diet looks good......Good luck.....The only thing I would change would be not so many whole eggs, more whites....but that's me. Keep us posted, and like Kane said you'll have to adjust as time goes by. |
