Gender: | Thanks for the help guys. I think I'll do what your saying Eric, and just experiment and see for myself what works. I've actually been doing only protein after a workout for the longest thing. So I guess adding 40g (carbs) of dextrose will be an improvement. I'll see how it goes. Thanks! |

Gender: | Oh I made a big deal out of nothing. Dextrose grams to carbs is the same. It's pure carbohydrate. I was thinking of other things where you give up some carbs in the conversion. Not that it matters to much...just pick an amount and go from there but I do encourage you to invest also in some malto and use half malto and half dex. That will give you a better experience. |
