Gender: | The how to bulk article covers Post Workout. Remember if your talking pre and post you would take those numbers and divide it between the two, there or abouts. I love the cit malate too. The only dif is I'd actually recommend 3 to 4 grams pre workout if you really won't to feel a pop. If less works for you though....but in my experience anything less than 3 doesn't help much. |
