i think your bf guesses are wrong.... at 140 lbs... 20 perfech bodyfat you would never be able to see your abs... i didnt seen my abs until i was like 12% or lower

well, including the no-xplode, that makes 4 creatine products...no-xplode, cell mass, kre-alkyn, and cell tech. I think you've read and got hyped up over too many magazine ads.

What are your goals right now? Cut or bulk? Why dont you post up your diet and routine?

here is all that you will ever really need:

Whey Protien
Dextrose/Maltodextrin (or waxy maize starch since you have money)
CEE
Citruline Malate

You can purchase them all in bulk powder form here and for the price of one tub of cell tech you can get roughly 2 or 3 months worth of this stuff.

Start with the whey and carbs (dex/malto/waxy) for your pre and post workout nutrition (this article will show you how)

You can add your CEE and Citruline to your pre and post workout shakes. I usually do 2g of each in each shake. Have fun lil homie.

The how to bulk article covers Post Workout. Remember if your talking pre and post you would take those numbers and divide it between the two, there or abouts.

I love the cit malate too. The only dif is I'd actually recommend 3 to 4 grams pre workout if you really won't to feel a pop. If less works for you though....but in my experience anything less than 3 doesn't help much.
