Gender: | Ya I have always heard that you should do a 50/50 mix of the two but have been too lazy to buy the malto. Maybe I will finally have to get around to doing it also. |

| you know i've never used malto before. I will exsperiment and see whats up, but I stick with the "if it aint broke, dont fix it" school of thought, and i havent stopped gaining sooo .... |
