Pity...wms is NOT malto and dex!

haha...i know. did i say that somewhere...i'll have to reread

it was from another thread...me and rosscopcoltrane86 were telling him to get wms instead of dex/malto....since it's just one thing....not two...

Sure it's ok . but it only has 36g , so you might want to take two scoops. That means it will only last you for 25 workouts.

Where that 10lb jug of Malto/dextrine will last you alot longer for about $5 more.
