Gender: | Let me know what you think of this diet 7:00 2 cups oatmeal/ 1 cup skim milk 2 scoops whey 9:00 3 egg whites 1 orange 11:30 1 Chcken breast 2 slice toasted whole wheat banana 1:00 3 Natty pb and jelly sandwhichs on whole wheat 3:30 1 Chicken breast 2 slice toasted whole wheat 5:30 Lean ground sirloin 1 cup corn 1 scoop whey 7:30 pwo 2 scoop whey/ malto/dext mix 9:30 2 cups cottage chese 1 peach I don't have anything to count to calories on my computer, so If someone can that would be cool. I'm bulking. 5"11 186lbs 26yr old. Comments are welcome thanks guys |

| chuck are you trying to lean bulk? If so you can add in some fiber through veggies and salad and your good to go. if your not worried about being lean, you can up your intake at each meal, seems conservative to me for a true bulker. |

| Further, give it a few weeks. Assess your progress and make needed modifications as you go and continually refine it until you find the right balance. It's all trial and error. Just make sure that you give it ample time to evaluate. |
