Question Diet help

Im going on the 12th week of my 2nd cycle of 700mg of test-e and 600 mg of EQ weekly. But I seem to not be able to gain any more weight I started my cycle at 175lbs Im up to 180lbs but gains seem to have stopped I seem to be going up and down between 180 and 175. Im as strong as a horse in the gym and my diest consists of breakfast one dozen egg whites two glasses og low fat milk and a cup of oatmeal. two hours later I'll eat two can of plain tuna in water. two hours after that chicken breast, brown rice and veggies. two hours after that i'll have a weight gainer which consists of 50 grams of protein. and for dinner which is usully two hours later I'll have more chicken breast and a salad. After dinner i'll have some natty peanut butter and befors bed I'll have another protein shake. Protein intake is usuall over 200 grams a day. Im not sure where im going wrong any help would be appreciated. My stats ar 6'ft 180lbs, body fat is probably between 10-15%.
