| I'm in college and have a meal plan at the university, so it is hard to get a lot of decent food, especially 5-6 times per day. My question is this- if I were to bulk more slowly, say 500 cal over maintenence/exercise per day, I would get the same results just more slowly, correct? And I am guessing that maybe the fat loss would be less in this method as well? |

| yeah, i've even heard rumors that some colleges use laxatives in the food ... dont know why, but it usually went pretty quickly through me, so i kind of believed it. IMO even though they are packed with salt, sandwich meat is usually a good source of protein. make them double up on it for your sandwichs and go with that. |
