Default Diverticulitis

It blows. I got it for the last two days. So now, I have to just munch on vicodin and wave goodbye to probably about 10 pounds of muscle. So, make sure you take in at least 25-30 grams of fiber! Right now I'm 246 lbs, 17% bodyfat. Hopefully this could help me in regards to dropping some bodyfat. We'll see. :(

START a liver cleanse TODAY. AND Get some 'whole husk psyllium' - (NOT Metamucel) and take a tbsp every 1/2 hour with wada as well. Do a gut cleanse as well if you can swing it.

Can you do a more indepth explanation. Right now, my orders are very low fiber for today and tomorrow, then grad. increase fiber. This is all contingent upon the infection in my abdomen subsiding. If it doesn't start feeling better, i.v. antibiotics are on the menu for me

Check my pm. I was so sick with it or something like it a year and a 1/2 ago. I had some cayenne high heat-unit 'horse' pills, and I took about 50 in a 4 hour period with not too much water, some coffee and some Mersondals for the pain. The Mers destroyed 'some' of the pain, while the cayenne destroyed all the 'gut' bacteria/pollution. The coffee constricts your ascending, transverse and descending intestinal sections by up to 3x's, forcing everything 'in' 'out'. I couldnt walk for a few hours and was cold-sweating like a bastard, so I rolled up in a ball on bathroom floor with a blanket and pillow and shook it off.... I 'dropped' 10lbs in @ 24 hours - It was hell. It hit me hard, and was done with just as fast. When it was over I felt like a million bucks within about 2 hours - like nothing even happened. I wouldnt reccomend my solution to anyone. I just figured I could do just a good a job as an emergency room nurse and without the $, and BS of a stay in the hospital.

Thought I had it once.....it was only bleeding hemorriods. Let this be a lesson to you kids...eat your veggies. Diverticulitis and Hemorroids are common to Westernized culture where processed foods are common but very uncommon in (Eastern cultures) where veggies are a mainstay.

Wow 0311, bro I had no idea what Diverticulitis even was! Now that I know, it doesn't sound good at all. I hope everything works out for you!
