Gender: | I'm trying to incorporate more meals into my day, but I really dont have the time to actually make a full meal. Will taking in whey protein in place of a meal have the same effect? And how much would I need to take at each "meal" in order to get the same results as having actual food? Thanks |

Gender: | as long as its milk protein and not whey. and anywhere from 30-60grams of protein with fruit or something will be fine but I can't give you a very specific answer because I dont' know what you eat now or goals or anything so what are your stats and goals. |

Gender: | well I'm 6' tall, 180 lbs, 13% body fat. My goal isnt really to lose a lot of fat because track season starts in a couple days for me (senior in high school), so that wont be a problem since I'll be getting plenty of cardio every day. My main goal is to gain muscle mass, probably 30-40 lbs over period of time. Also, why milk protein as opposed to whey? |
