Gender: | Monsta, just like you I can run through some eggs. I usually go through about 5-6 cartons a week, mostly eat the whites but occasionally I will eat the yolk. If cholesterol was not a problem I would be eating even more. IK, where is the steakhouse on your meal plan? ![]() |

Over the last few days I have been really looking at my food intake trying very hard to get the protein in but its seems really hard to do as If I bring the amount of meat and food intake up in trying to get 150g protien in per day from the food that I would need to consume to do it I would become double the size outwards but not the size I would want !! as I put on weight very easily , its hard to keep the cals down with the amount of food that I would need to consume to obtain the 150g protien per day from it . any tips would be great Thanks eastwater |

| Rank: Bantamweight | i do everythign to them. scramble them, boil them, make them sunny side up. add some cheese. and 150 is easy. if you need to drink a protein shake they are usually anywhere from 30 to 50 grams a shake. that is close to or if not 1/3rd of what you need right there. use it for your PWO shake. and try to get about 30 grams of protein in per meal. 1 chicken breast is like 22 to 30 grams of protein. not saying thats all you have ot eat, but a can of tuna has 30 grams of protein. you dont have to just eat meat to get your protein 2 cups of milk in a day is 16 grams of protein, peanut butter, peanus, beans, cheese. there are plenty of things you can snack on during the day that can help you. and that protein shake will help you. |
