Gender: | ![]() I guess for being age 19 I need to intake about 35-40 grams of fiber. As for my veggie intake, I eat about at least 6 servings, which is about I think 3 cups of veggies, I usally at least eat 4-5 cups. But per serving of some of the canned things, or bagged says 2 grams of dietary fiber per serving. Is this right or is the fiber in the carb count? Also in my oatmeal I get about 7 grams of dietary fiber+ I have a gritz/bran mix thing that gives me I know 10 grams of fiber.. Just trying to make sure that I am getting enough...was thinking of getting the benefiber, but then I realize that eating veggies is probally way better for me then that... ![]() |
