They have sudar free syrups and i eat the shit out of those things. Or diet soda, etc... Food wise, you can eat all the tuna, chicken, lean meats, veggies, etc... that you want |

| Rank: Member Experience: 1-2 Years | I actually keep them in the freezer and just take out one per night and that is my limit. By eating it frozen it takes longer to eat and I enjoy it more instead of popping like 10 of them. I also will not go near milk chocolate anymore...dark is where its at! |

| ^^ good suggestion, but honestly RPG you will get used to that. I would alway eat around 7 or 8 and think I was hungry again by 10pm. Just push that craving aside, and hit up a protien shake before bed. |
