| Personally I wouldnt, but i hate milk so i'm biased greatly. why not a gallon of water with 30g of bcaa's? I think that would give you a lot more benifit then milk will, and you wont have to worry about all that sugar. |

[quote=BrianMcG;38273]Basically, I think he meant he gained a lot of fat, not muscle.QUOTE] Yeah pretty much what brian said...Gained it way too fast therefore it wasn't beneficial to my "bulk" it was my first try and I learned a lot...Haven't lifted in a month due to just being lazy...But really when doing a bulk or just lifting in general it's good to weigh yourself daily...I have been charting my weight for about 2 years...It's a really helpful tool whether lifting/bulking, or just in a regular lifestyle...Will help you to better achieve your goals. You're making an attempt to drink a gallon of milk a day. Yet you worry about the caloric content of it. What's your basis for drinking the gallon a day? Are you using it primarily for the protein content? And if that's the case, why not sub out some meats or PP for some of those grams? If you're worried about the fat content, why not switch from 2% to skim? (also, milk fats are fine. You need fats in your diet anyway. Just don't go completely overboard with them. I like to stick with 0.5g/lb bw) | |

I mean could you stand to take that many extra calories a day on top of you dailey food intake as well? Guess it just depends on your caloric needs! |

Gender: | A half gallon might be a bit much. I also think dropping down to 1% would knock off some of those calories. I think skim is sick haha. Sugar wise, milk is not terrible but if your drinking 8 glasses a day, its something to be aware of... |
