Gender: | Cool sites. Interesting. I did the BMI thing at nutritiondata just for kicks. It told me I needed 17,000 mgs of linoleic acid (an omega 6). Now, that's found in many different foods but just to put it in perspective, since flax oil is super high in it: I need 8.5 tablespoons a day to get this amount. Wow! |
