It is packed with amino acids. its like a wonder food. I heard it taste's horrible. here is a link for more about it. http://www.rawfoods.com/articles/whe...formation.html if anyone has anymore info please share with me. |

| I'm sure it has nutritional value. As do many of the "super foods" suppliments out there. But personally I like to eat leafy greens, cabage and the like in order to fill my stomach. That way I'm full and dont want to eat crap. |

Gender: | I definitely believe that stuff is super good for you. That and other grasses and algae products. But no one food can replace a whole class of foods, super or not. And it is just juice...like hrgain said no fiber which has a lot of benefit to your health. There has to be SOME veges you like. NO? One thing i've noticed thru the years is that many people that don't like cooked veges start to like them once they realize one crucial thing. Veges should not be cooked, only shocked. My wife used to hate brocolli and some other veges but then I realized that her mom used to cook it for like an hour in water until it was a stinky grey sludge . |
