| Rank: Lightweight | what up. thanks again for everybody giving me advice. but i just went shopping and my grandmother went out and got me a few things now my diet will consist of this. when i wake up- 12 ounce muscle milk shake with skim milk. i just bought a whole bunch of oatmeal to eat when i get to work, every once in a while get some eggs beaters to eat along with it. i also bought some apple cider vinager. i was doign some research and i heard thats godo for you so 2 tablesoons of that with osme water. lunch time 12- turkey sandwich, chicken salad, chicken sandwich, whatever has the most lean protein in it that i can find and try to get some type of vegetables with it. around 3-twelve ounce can of tuna with nothing on it, with a fruit or slim fast bar. dinner around 7:30, a chicken burrito, something from boston market or whatever my grandmothr cooks. she usually cooks 3 course meals that are ok. ill just get one of the first 2 items if what she cooks aint good for the cutback. muscle mik shake with skim milk before i go to sleep and another cup of water with apple cider vinegar. do you guys think this will be enough protein intake for me. remeber i jsut started workign back out 3 to 4 times a week. im now 5'7 283. trying to drop at least 20 to 30 more pounds |

Gender: | I dont know what your exact protein numbers are, but id guestimate around 170-180 gms on days that you do eat eggs. I'd be eating the egg beaters everyday and probably one more lean meat meal. 225 gms will probably put you at a gram per pound of lean weight so shoot for that. |
