Looks good, the only thing I would do would be to spread out the 2 shakes ....Just not back to back.

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Sorry, but I disagree on this. Having something about 30 min. before working out is ok. I've even been told to drink half of a shake 30 mins before and sip the rest during a workout and take the PWO shake no later than 30 mins after working out.

I like eating a meal 1 hour before working out then 20 mins. before working out drink a CEE and aminos shake and sip some aminos during my workout.

pro/fat is what I would gravitate more towards BUT, what would be the numbers for your off days, i.e., give us an idea what you were thinking for an off day menu? Just so we can see what you mean by Pro/carbs and Pro/fat.

If you want a pro/carb I would say 6oz chicken and 1 cup rice would be good.

If you want pro/fat, then maybe go with a 6-8oz steak, and veg
