Default I unload the trucks at Chick Fil A and on Thursday mornings,

I get free breakfast. So I want to start eating better and bulk up. I am trying to eat 3 meals a day.

Our website is: www.chickfila.com so could someone help pick me out a good big breakfast? We have eggs, fruitcups, etc.

Thanks so much!

Three meals a day is a start...you should be going for at least 6. Better yet just munch constantly on the job. Everything you need to know to pick the right things is in the nutrition forum...esp the stickies. How long do you think you can go alone asking people to pick a diet for you? You have to learn to do this stuff for yourself.

Trying to eat 3 meals a day, what were you doing before?
Like Eric said 6 meals a day at least and go for 8 if you can. the only reason I say 8 because you might slightly pause between eating all day so we call that a meal. Plenty of good reads in the stickies.

load up with as much grilled chicken and eggs as they'll let you have...

if bulking though, i'd be really tempted to get that Chicken, Egg & Cheese on Sunflower Multigrain Bagel
