Default Late Night Cravings...

What should a hungry guy eat when its midnight? I just had a plate of pasta when i got done working out 12A.M i got into the showers and watched some T.V after. and now it's about 2 and i'm starving. I can eat a meal actually. So what can i do? Whole foods? or liquids?

why are you working out that late..you're just going to end up staying up later. just buy some whey protein and mix it with peanutbutter and a banana and drink it. over night your body will feel satisfied and ready for the next morning!

as a snack I eat popcorn.. that tends to help my cravings, but then again I'm not workingout at 12:00

when i wake up @ noon = 5-6 toasts with butter and salami (toasts are extra extra dark)

@ 2 pm = 250-500 grams of chicken in chicken curry

@ 5 pm = some whey before my workout or some fruits on my off days

@ 7 pm = 250-500 grams of chicken in chicken curry or beef or whatever but 500 grams of it

@ 9 pm = some more indian junk food which is very high carb

@ 11 pm = 250-500 grams of meat in some curry

@ 3 am = some fruits before i sleep

i dont drink milk. i belong to the anti-milk group lol...

A non/low-yogurt, half or full piece of fruit and a 16 oz glass of water works wonders for my cravings.

There is nothing wrong with eating a fairly lean smaller meal right before bed. I do that and still end up waking up in the middle of the night from hunger. I down a shake and head back to bed.
