Gender: | Allright so the military chow hall isn't exactly a haven for nutritious food. Fresh fruits and veggies are hard to come by and usually we have steamed or cooked ones if we have any at all. I'm taking animal stak as a multi and I'm wondering if it would help me any to take a normal men's multi as well? I know fresh food would be better but it isn't always possible so I figure at least with 2 multi's all have as many vitamins and minerals covered as I can. What do you guys think? |

| If your looking to suppliment your fruit and veggie intake, look into superfoods like green alge, and apple cidar vinager, and wheat grass. They will help balance your natural ph, and get you the nutrients your not getting. Multi's might not be what your looking for. |

Gender: | Eilson's considered a remote isn't it? If so, I see what you mean about fresh veges and fruits. Been there, done that (not Eilson). If so, algae and wheat grass especially are worth looking at. I've used algae before and recommend it. The most generally useful one, imo, would be spirullina. If you do, avoid tha tablets cuz I swear they went through me unchanged half the time . |
