Default Making my perfect shake

Hey Guyz,

I am thinking of going back to my previous protein shake that was Optimum serious mass cause those 2 months i used it i made good gains and i really dont know why i changed. The thing is i used only half of the serving because 2 scoops of that serving was 334g which for me is to much and it also has 1250 in kcal, so half of that was ok and it also lasted longer. As i was consuming half of the serving the protein that i was taking in was only 25g ,so what i thought of doing is mixing in 1 scoop of Optimum 100% whey Gold standard which has 24 g of protein and now my shake would have a total of 49g of protein, 128g of carbs and 635 in kcal and 21g in sugars.
"Could i take this shake in the morning , pre and post workout "

Thank Guys
Jay

You COULD take it almost anytime you wanted, but it would have to play into the rest of your nutritional needs/intake.
