Default Midnight eating schedule.

I am going to midnights in a couple of weeks. Anyone want to share their eating schedules? If im not on a schedule I know I will eat anything that is not tied down...

just eat like you normally would during the day just shift it like you shift your work schedule. So if you start work at 12 am then have you breakfast at 10 pm. and go from there. You are still getting 8 hours of sleep during the day right?

Default Unfortunatly

I gave up the 8 hours of sleep a night when I said sure lets have kids..lol.... I get about 5-6 hours plus a cat nap half way through.

I'm eating 6 or more times a day. I eat smaller meals than I used to and spread them out. So, this may be something like an every two hour thing.

I think it's a common thing these days to hear a term like "several smaller meals" instead of 3 square meals.

Instead of waking up to eat take a casein shake before you go to bed. This type of protein digests slowly.
