Gender: | just eat like you normally would during the day just shift it like you shift your work schedule. So if you start work at 12 am then have you breakfast at 10 pm. and go from there. You are still getting 8 hours of sleep during the day right? |

Gender: | I'm eating 6 or more times a day. I eat smaller meals than I used to and spread them out. So, this may be something like an every two hour thing. I think it's a common thing these days to hear a term like "several smaller meals" instead of 3 square meals. Troy |
