| Hey, I'm completly new here. I'm 18, so I'm new to this. I've been working out for a short while. Less then 6 months now. But a year ago i was also working out for about 7 months then took a break. I know a lot about working out so that's not an issue. I'm 5'8'' and 175. I'm not fat, not thin, medium i guess with a little bit of weight to lose to reach my 1st weight loss goal. Though I want to be cut by about 5-6 months. I eat right, do a ton of running (i play lacrosse), and am heavy into health. Alright well enough with the biography, your all probably getting bored of hearing about that. Now I've been taking Cell-Tech for about 2 1/2 months and noticing good results. Now I want to continue taking it and mixing in Lipo 6 for fat reduction and weight loss. Is this combination alright to do? Will i still see results with both of them. Like increased muscle size with cell-tech and still weight loss with lipo 6. Or should i use cell-tech for a longer time and then months later do lipo 6. I would like to be in a little better shape for summer time so I need the best advice. Thanks. Now that I'm here I'll post as much as i can. Just need some help to start off with. |

If you want to loose weight, you don't want 75 grams of sugar, pure and simple. Regular creatine mono will be just as effective and better for your goals. |

| Thanks a lot. I'll check into pure creatine mono. I have a friend who suggested the Cell-Tech after he had some good results. So untill I get that, I'll use the Cell-Tech, but then switch over. Again thanks for the response. |
