| I work out in the mornings sometimes, and I hit a pre workout shake as soon as I wake up, lift, then post workout shake, then breakfast about 40 minutes afterward. Its not optimal IMO, but you can get by like that. |

Gender: | I do not like to work out in the mornings, but if I absolutely cannot get away from it I pretty much do what Hrdgain mentioned earlier. Preworkout shake, lift, postworkout shake, 30-45 minutes then breakfast. Not ideal but will do in a pinch. |
