It's fine.

Just don't take them right before bed. I've known that to keep me up....make me feel weird. Also if you are taking a mega-dose one a day type it may be better in the future to get one that you take two a day. You'll have a better chance at optimum absorption that way. With a multi you're alway's going to piss some out of course.

I think I'm gonna take one in the morn and at night with my casein shake just to make sure I have plenty of vitamins because I know I don't get enough fresh veggies and food. This in addition to an animal pak a day isn't overdoing it is it?

Probably not but I think you'll meet your needs with one a day plus the animal pak. It's all the other things in veges you'll be missing out on and more vitamins won't make up for that. But it should be fine and the only thing that would come close to being too much is potentially vitamin A but it really takes a huge amount to be toxic and most vits have a lot of it as beta carotene which is not a problem. (Although, I've discovered that too much beta carotene gives me headaches...).

Damn, that last sentence was really long.
