Default My current cutting diet...

Okay, so this is my first post here, and I am sorry if this is the wrong forum for this. I started a cutting diet about a week ago and would like yall's opinions. Now I am just trying to get cut up for July when I go to south Florida for the week. I have never had abs before and am going to work my butt off to get them. O and I am currently weighing in at 162.5.

Meal 1:
Protein shake, 4 egg whites, oatmeal(I eat the weight control oatmeal that general oat makes. It has 1 g of sugar, 7 g protein, 3 g fat and 29g of carbs in each serving)

Meal 2: This has generally been PWO and it is scoop and half of whey protein, some glutamine, and an apple and banana.

Meal 3: A chicken breast with 1/2 cup of brown rice.

Meal 4: Another chicken breast(gonna add in some baby carrots here I think

Meal 5: Another chicken breast(is it okay if I substitute pork chops in here?)

Meal 6: This is generally my bed time meal and if not I have a chicken breast but if it is bed time meal I have a scoop and half or so of whey protein.

Now I got this diet from yall's cutting thread that is stickied at the top and have added what I modified in it. Also I do 30 minutes of stair stepper every day after my workouts, except for on my leg days. And I generally workout 5 days a week. Also do 30 minutes on the weekends also. Generally do 3.75 miles in the 30 minutes. Now I am 5'6" and I have some belly fat due to drinking twice a week or so for most of this semester but I have stopped.

I will not be drinking at all this summer and will be working part time. Now when I work part time my workouts will go to afternoon and so I will be getting in my second meal after working out at around 8. Is it still okay to have carbs at that time of night? Also my 2nd meal will be while at work, and since I can't cook a chicken breast there will a protein shake work? Thanks for any help yall can offer and sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

this looks ok for starting out. and Yes, it is ok to have carbs after a workout that late. I don't stop training in martial arts till almost 10:00 sometimes and I down 100 grams of carbs right after. Then when I get home I eat some chicken, nuts and mix vegs. So it is ok just make sure you monitor everything and if you start gaining weight or your not losing weight just get rid of some carbs and a little fat, depending on how much your eating now and cardio.
