Do you happen to know how much cal/pro/fat/carbs your taking in?

Ditch the milk in the morning for water for your cutting goals. If you HAVE to have milk, have it pre/post workout. And 1 tablespoon cottage cheese, whats that? Thats 1/8th of a serving, meaning about 1.5g of protein...

I agree w/ hrdgain, you def need more pro as i only see about 60g throughout the day. You need to add some to every meal.

you need to put some protein in with that oatmeal....Actually it doesn't look like you have any protein untill 1:00pm....Not good man.
I'm guessing hear but it looks like your only getting 50g of protein in the day.....bro, you need atleast 1g per lb, some say 1.5 or 2g per lb.

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
